  Ordered a cab from Heathrow 5 to Loughton for 10:15am. Office ensured us the driver was 5 mins away. No answer from the driver until 15 mins after our required pick up time. Finally got through to the Driver who said he was an hour away in traffic?! Clearly not a good cab firm if the driver leave early enough and allow time for traffic!

  First taxi went to Loughton instead of Buckhurst Hill.
  Replacement taxi couldn’t find my house.
  Third taxi was sent from Woodford.
  So the cab I was told at 1.10 would be 5 minutes arrived at 1.35!
  Having allowed plenty of time for my journey and to catch my train in London I am now rushing and hoping I actually make it.
  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - THEY ARE SO DISORGANISED!

  Needed last minute taxi to pick parents up from airport and bring them to a private flat rental locally, and was rushing around to get all the details. Mayflower helped when another local taxi firm's controller was horrendously rude. But the Mayflower office were happy to help, the driver was considerate, knew exactly where he was going, and my parents booked him again for the return journey. Thanks Mayflower for helping in a stressful situation!
